Clear routes to resolution
Support & Appeals
How to get help, make a complaint, report a safety concern, or ask for a moderation decision to be reviewed.
Account and product support
Email support@blankme.co.uk from the address on your account. Describe what happened, when it happened, the device you used, and any error message. Never send your password or an unrequested copy of your identity document.
Safety reports
Use the report action on a review profile when possible. It gives the moderation team the correct internal context without asking you to forward private content over email. Blocking is immediate and separate from reporting. Reviewers and profile owners cannot message one another in Blank Me. For urgent risk, read the Safety Centre.
Appeal a moderation decision
Email the support address with the subject Moderation appeal, the account email, the decision date, and why you believe the outcome should change. A reviewer who was not the original decision-maker should assess the available evidence where staffing permits. We may not disclose reporter identities, sensitive detection methods, or information that could create further risk. One appeal is normally accepted per decision unless substantial new evidence emerges.
Make a complaint
Email the support address with the subject Formal complaint. State the outcome you are seeking. We will acknowledge and triage complaints according to urgency; safety and access issues take priority. Data-protection requests can be sent to privacy@blankme.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO about data-protection handling whether or not you contact us first.
Delete an account
If you can sign in, use the deletion control in account settings. If you cannot access the app, use the public account deletion request. The response is deliberately identical for every email address so the form cannot be used to discover who has an account.
