Agreement and operator

These terms are an agreement between you and SAMI SWAIN WEB SPINNER UK LTD, 69 Cadley Causeway, Fulwood, Preston, England, PR2 3RX, registered in England and Wales (“Blank Me”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and the Community Guidelines.

What Blank Me provides

Blank Me is a profile-improvement service. Members recreate or upload the editable parts of a profile used on an external dating service, ask a review question, and may receive private structured feedback and guarded constructive notes. Blank Me's launch product does not provide dating discovery, likes, romantic matching, member-to-member messaging, or date arrangement.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Use accurate information, one personal account, your own email, and only content you have permission to use.
• Do not sell, transfer, automate, scrape, or share access to an account.
• Review access may depend on email confirmation, profile readiness, adult trust checks, moderation, and safety status.

Verification

Blank Me may require a current selfie or another check to support adult eligibility and accountable reviewing. Verification is not a criminal-record, identity, or background check and cannot guarantee a person's statements or conduct. The private verification image is not displayed on a review profile.

Profile feedback

You choose whether to open a feedback request. A request saves a snapshot, the external dating platform, and your question. Eligible reviewers choose structured categories and may add one short private suggestion. Feedback is a subjective impression of how a profile communicates. It is not proof of why another person did not match and cannot promise future interest.

Do not score attractiveness; judge bodies or protected characteristics; sexualise, insult, threaten, diagnose, or shame a member; include contact details; identify or contact a reviewer; coordinate reviews; manipulate results; or retaliate. Reviewer identity is hidden from the recipient but retained internally for safety, moderation, and abuse investigation. Aggregate themes and approved notes are released only after the configured minimum number of independent reviews.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own and give Blank Me a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, transform for technical delivery, display to eligible reviewers, moderate, secure, and process it to operate the service. You must have permission from every recognisable person and rights holder. Sexually explicit content and content involving minors are prohibited.

Safety, blocking, and reporting

You can report a review profile and block participation. Blank Me may restrict a request, preserve relevant evidence, suspend, or remove an account for safety, integrity, law, or enforcement. We may withhold reporter identity or sensitive detection details. Blank Me is not an emergency service; call 999 in the UK or the relevant local emergency number if anyone is in immediate danger.

Payments and availability

The launch profile-review service is free and does not take live payments. We may add optional features later only with clear price disclosure and an affirmative purchase through an authorised payment method. Features may change or be withdrawn with appropriate notice.

Deletion, appeals, and liability

You may delete your account at any time. Limited lawful retention is described in the Privacy Policy. You can appeal moderation decisions through Support & Appeals. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or your statutory consumer rights. Blank Me cannot guarantee that feedback will improve results on an external service.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory local consumer rights. This version is dated 2026-08-11. Material changes require suitable notice and, where required, renewed consent.
