Delete a Blank Me account

Request deletion without installing or signing into the app. We do not reveal whether an email address belongs to an account.

Use the email you used for Blank Me. Do not include a password or identity document.

What happens next

We must verify that the requester controls the account before deletion. Active profile and account content is then removed or anonymised according to the Privacy Policy. Narrow, access-restricted safety, fraud-prevention, financial, or legal records may be retained where there is a lawful reason. Deletion does not remove content another person independently provided, such as their report, but we minimise identifying data retained with it.
